Refund policy
Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges if you have received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged. If you received the wrong item or your package arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within three days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package or item is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the packaging before and after opening, clearly showcasing the damage. We will need this for insurance purposes.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items or gift cards.
